Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FeelFree mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms are in addition to the platform-specific terms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and any other terms that may apply to your use of the respective app store.

About FeelFree

FeelFree is a quit smoking companion app designed to help users quit smoking through personalized tracking, daily check-ins, milestones, and AI-powered coaching. The App is intended for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Subscription Services

Premium Features

FeelFree offers a subscription service that provides access to premium features including AI coaching, advanced milestones, and smart notifications. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android).

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of supporting smoking cessation
  • Provide accurate information during onboarding and daily check-ins
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the App and its content

FeelFree is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed for informational and motivational purposes only.

  • Always consult with a healthcare professional before making health decisions
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience health issues
  • The App does not replace professional medical treatment

Data and Privacy

Limitation of Liability

FeelFree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will help you quit smoking. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use the App is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

  • You may not distribute or make the App available over a network
  • You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App

Google Play Store

Changes to Terms
